Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an accomplished Specification Sales Manager to drive HVAC specification influence across East Midlands and Northern Home Counties. The role focuses on consulting engineers, building services consultants and developers, shaping engineered solutions from early design through tender and delivery in a strategic, non-transacting capacity.

You will promote pumps, hydronic and energy-efficient HVAC solutions while building relationships with key stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in influencing engineers and consultants on technical specifications.
• Experience with HVAC/mechanical building services and energy-efficient systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into engineered, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop influential relationships with consulting engineers, M&E consultants, building owners and developers.
• Promote the full portfolio of pumps, HVAC, hydronic and energy-efficient engineered solutions.
• Identify early projects and establish where technical and commercial value can be added.
• Understand customer design, energy and performance requirements to recommend engineered solutions.
• Influence design criteria to secure HVAC solutions as Basis of Design through technical guidance.
• Deliver CPDs, technical meetings and specification discussions to progress opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, project tracking and pipeline visibility across the territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to protect the business position.
