Job summary

White Label Recruitment is working with a major UK manufacturer in HVAC/building services to recruit a Specification Sales Manager for the North West. This is a technical, solutions-led role selling on projects with consultants, specifiers, engineers and M&E contractors.

You will develop specification opportunities across the North West, manage existing relationships and build a strong project pipeline, while working with internal teams to tailor technical solutions and deliver CPDs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling via specification/project-led routes.
• Experience with M&E consultants, contractors, engineers and/or specifiers.
• Ability to develop project pipelines and build relationships.
• Understanding technical drawings and building-services applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop specification and project opportunities across the North West.
• Build relationships with M&E consultants, engineers, specifiers and contractors.
• Influence specifications from design stage to project award.
• Deliver technical presentations and CPDs.
• Develop and manage a strong specification and project pipeline.
• Work with internal technical teams on project solutions.
• Manage your territory with a high level of autonomy.
