Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for a global engineering leader in intelligent fluid flow and energy efficient HVAC systems. The role is based in the West Midlands with flexible coverage across the South West and South Wales.

You will develop influential relationships with consulting engineers, M&E consultants, building owners and developers, shaping engineered solutions at the earliest design stages and securing the company’s Basis of Design on major projects.

Qualifications

Track record of influencing consulting engineers and M&E consultants.
Experience in HVAC, hydronics, pumping or district energy.
Strong understanding of mechanical building services.
Ability to interpret drawings and translate requirements.
Sales experience in early design stages.

Responsibilities

Develop influential relationships with engineers and building owners.
Promote full portfolio of pumps, HVAC, hydronic, digital and energy efficient engineered solutions.
Identify projects early and add technical and commercial value.
Influence design criteria to secure Basis of Design.
Deliver CPDs, technical meetings and product demonstrations.
Track projects from design to delivery with CRM updates.
Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams.
