The Role: The Specification Sales Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable brand within the sanitaryware & bathroom product manufacturing sector. You will be covering an area across the South West and South Wales region of the UK, going as far north as Birmingham and east as Oxfordshire, with a focus on South Wales and the Avon area. In this role, the Specification Sales Manager will be selling two core branded ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and taps used in non-residential setting projects across the territory. These applications are within healthcare, education, hotel groups, and commercial buildings. The Specification Manager will be focused on generating specifications with Architects & Interior Designers (5%) and working with Contractors on the patch (95%) on these products. There is significant scope to break existing specifications and manage this process from start to finish.
The position involves becoming part of a team in the South West of the UK, benefiting from dealing with National Contractors & Developers across different areas. You will focus on your top 50 projects at any given time, with activity in this area being crucial. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, with lead sharing among colleagues. You will use Salesforce to manage your projects and pipeline, supported by Glenigan for lead generation.

Candidate Criteria:
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic DOE + 25% (uncapped) OTE + Hybrid Car + Pension (up to 10% company contribution) + Healthcare scheme + 25 days holiday.
