Non-Residential Specification Sales Manager
The Role: The Specification Sales Manager role is working for an instantly recognisable brand within the sanitaryware & bathroom product manufacturing sector. You will be covering an area across the South West and South Wales region of the UK, extending as far north as Birmingham and east to Oxfordshire, with a focus on South Wales and the Avon area. In this role, you will sell two core branded ranges of sanitaryware such as sinks, toilets, baths, showers, and taps used in non-residential projects within healthcare, education, hotel groups, and commercial buildings. The primary focus is on generating specifications with Architects & Interior Designers (5%) and working with Contractors on your territory (95%). There is significant scope to influence existing specifications and manage the process from start to finish.
The Team & Tools: You will join a collaborative team in the South West of the UK, benefiting from working with National Contractors & Developers across your area. Your focus will be on your top 50 projects at any time, with activity in this area being crucial. The team culture emphasizes passing leads amongst colleagues, supported by activity targets aligned with a common sales goal. You will use Salesforce to manage your projects and pipeline, complemented by Glenigan for lead generation support.

Candidate Profile:
Salary & Benefits: Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE + 25% (uncapped) OTE + Hybrid Car + Pension (up to 10% company contribution) + Healthcare scheme + 25 days holiday
