Scolmore Group is looking for a driven Group Specification Manager to grow our presence in London. You will work with consultants, contractors and the sales team to develop relationships and secure specifications across social landlords, councils and housing associations.

This field-based role requires dynamic selling, CPD delivery, product demonstrations and strong CRM discipline, with regular UK travel and a 9:00am–5:00pm day.

Qualifications

• Proven specification sales experience within the RSL, local authority or housing sectors.
• Track record of generating demand and delivering results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Practical, solutions-focused problem solving with presentation strengths.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Generate demand across RSL, local authority, council and housing associations.
• Engage with M&E consultants, specifiers and contractors and maintain communication.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers to align with stockists and trading principles.
• Deliver CPD modules to customers and present product benefits.
• Build relationships to promote Scolmore Group portfolio and create opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Keep accurate records in CRM and Outlook, monitor market trends.
• Travel within the UK daily with occasional overnight stays.
