Job summary

Scolmore Group is seeking a Group Specification Manager to drive specification sales and demand creation across London. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with RSLs, councils, housing associations, and specifiers while coordinating with the sales team to maximise opportunities.

The role requires delivering engaging CPD modules and product demonstrations, maintaining CRM records, and staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

Proven specification sales experience in the RSL sector or similar.
Strong track record of delivering results in field sales.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and organised approach to work.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Solution-driven mindset with practical problem-solving.
Strong presentation skills for compelling pitches.
UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Generate demand across RSL, local authority, council and housing association sectors.
Engage with M&E consultants, specifiers and contractors across target markets.
Coordinate with Area Sales Managers to align with wholesale stockists and trading principles.
Deliver CPD modules to customers and build relationships to promote the portfolio.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and present services clearly.
Maintain accurate customer records and up-to-date product knowledge.
Monitor market trends and competitor products; manage CRM and pipelines.
