Job summary

Scolmore Group is seeking a Group Specification Manager to grow our presence in London. This field-based role involves developing relationships with RSLs, local authorities and housing associations, delivering CPD modules and product demonstrations to drive specifications and sales.

You will work with consultants, M&E specifiers and contractors, coordinate with Area Sales Managers, and keep CRM and project pipelines up to date. UK travel with occasional overnight stays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in specification sales and demand generation within the RSL sector.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand across the registered social landlord (RSL), local authority, council and housing association sectors.
• Engage with M&E consultants, specifiers and contractors across these markets; identify opportunities and maintain seamless customer experience.
• Work with Area Sales Managers to align specification activity with approved wholesale stockists and commercial principles.
• Deliver CPD modules to customers and provide engaging product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships across target markets to promote the Scolmore Group portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor products; update CRM and project pipeline daily.
• Regular UK travel with occasional overnight stays.
