A leading real estate investment firm is seeking a Specification Manager for the North region. The successful candidate will enhance specification activities and sales, build relationships with industry professionals, and provide technical specifications. This role requires proven experience in technical specification sales, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the UK construction market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid EU passport or unrestricted travel rights in the UK
