The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Flooring Products involves:

1. Field sales role promoting a manufactured range of carpet tiles & floor covering systems.
2. The majority of your time will be spent generating specifications with architects and interior designers.
3. The remaining time will involve dealing with fit-out contractors, flooring contractors, and end users.
4. Focus on refurbishment projects, including commercial offices, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
5. Target turnover once established: £1.3m, with potential to reach £2m.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Field sales experience in the interiors market.
• Contacts within the A&D and fit-out communities (preferred).
• An interior finish product background (preferred).
• A dynamic personality, assertive yet tactful.
• Experience selling aesthetically pleasing products.
• Energy, passion, enthusiasm.
• Strong commercial awareness and presentation skills.
