Hawk3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a UK manufacturer for a Specification Business Development Coordinator in Banbury. Hybrid options available. The role supports the Specification Business Development team to generate high-quality opportunities.

You will build regional target accounts, identify 건cial decision-makers across councils, housing associations, architects and contractors, and book meetings for the team. A strong B2B mindset and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Confident communicating with senior commercial and technical decision-makers.
• Analytical approach to researching organisations before contact.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
• CRM discipline with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional target-account lists with managers.
• Research and identify organisations and key decision-makers.
• Proactively engage decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Book high-quality meetings, CPDs and project discussions.
• Qualify meetings with objectives, attendees, and context.
• Maintain CRM records of contacts, activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BD Managers, Marketing, Technical and Customer Service teams.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and project trends.
