Job summary

Hawk3 Talent Solutions is seeking a Specification Business Development Coordinator in Banbury. The role supports the Specification Business Development team, engaging with councils, housing associations, specifiers and contractors to generate qualified opportunities.

The position offers hybrid/remote working options, with standard hours and an overall focus on building a strong pipeline and forming lasting relationships with key stakeholders in construction and property sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B development and lead generation experience.
• Confident engaging senior decision-makers.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional target-account lists.
• Research and identify organisations and key decision-makers.
• Proactively engage decision-makers by telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Book high-quality meetings, CPDs and project discussions for the team.
• Ensure meetings are properly qualified with reason, attendees, context and objective.
• Identify early project information such as building type, timing, funding and stakeholders.
• Develop repeat relationships within target organisations.
• Research and engage contractors to create future opportunities.
• Support CPD attendance and follow-up to drive conversations and actions.
• Maintain CRM records covering contacts, activity, meetings and outcomes.
• Review targets with the team to improve coverage and pipeline.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and trends.
