Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Partner to join a specialist primary provision. The role focuses on delivering individualised support to pupils with diverse SEN needs, including autism, SEMH, and sensory challenges. You will work closely with teachers and specialists to create a structured, inclusive approach for each pupil.

Job description

Are you an experienced SEN professional looking for your next role within a specialist primary provision?

We are recruiting a full-time Learning Partner to join a primary school resource base supporting pupils with a range of complex and additional needs.

This role would suit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Learning Partner who is confident adapting their approach to individual children.

We're looking for experience in areas such as:
  • Autism and communication needs
  • SEMH and emotional regulation
  • Sensory needs
  • Positive behaviour support
  • De-escalation strategies
  • Individual education and support plans
  • 1:1 and small-group interventions
  • Supporting pupils with complex presentations of SEN

You’ll work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a structured, inclusive and individualised approach for each pupil.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
