You will research, identify and outreach to top candidates via email and LinkedIn, turning conversations into meetings while refining outreach with AI tools. This role sits within the Special Projects team with potential to expand duties based on performance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a top UK university with a strong interest in startups.
• Strong writing and communication: messages sound human, not templated.
• Natural researcher who enjoys identifying the right people.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Find the right people: research and identify strong candidates for open roles.
• Reach out at volume: run outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Turn outreach into meetings: maintain a high conversion from first message to qualified meeting.
• Keep improving: test and refine messaging using AI for faster, more structured outreach.
• Role sits within the Special Projects team with potential to extend responsibilities beyond Talent with high-potential candidates.
