ClaimSorted is building the next generation of claims handling to make the world more resilient. We are a fast-growing, office-based team in London seeking a Founding Strategy & Operations Analyst to design and implement efficient claims processes, build KPIs, and translate data insights into concrete improvements.

You will own small projects, partner across teams, and drive change as we scale, with a strong emphasis on practical problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, data or analytics, or operations at a startup, tech firm or consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience working with data to provide insights, understand problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated experience implementing solutions and running small projects or changes.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• A generalist mindset: comfortable picking up whatever problem matters most and moving quickly.
• Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient claims processes and procedures, and make sure they are adopted and hold up as the team grows.
• Build and manage the KPIs and metrics we use to handle claims and run the organisation as efficiently as possible.
• Analyse operational data to understand problems, surface insights, and turn them into practical solutions.
• Take ownership of small projects and support complex cross-functional initiatives, from scoping through to delivery.
• Work with teams across the company to make operational changes land quickly.
