This full-time role offers visibility into fast-moving startup hiring and potential expansion beyond Talent as you perform with high-achieving candidates.

Qualifications

• Recent UK university graduate with a strong interest in startups.
• Strong writing and communication; messages feel personal, not a template.
• Natural researcher who enjoys finding the right people.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify strong candidates for open roles.
• Conduct high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Convert outreach into meetings with high first-message to qualified-meeting rate.
• Test and refine messaging; use AI tools to speed and structure outreach.
• Role sits in Special Projects with potential to extend responsibilities beyond Talent.
