ClaimSorted is building a high-growth Special Projects team in London to keep our Talent Partners fed with a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. You will research, reach out, and convert candidates across channels, using AI tools to streamline outreach and improve messaging.

This full-time role offers visibility into fast-moving startup hiring and potential expansion beyond Talent as you perform with high-achieving candidates.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify strong candidates for open roles.
• Conduct high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Convert outreach into meetings with high first-message to qualified-meeting rate.
• Test and refine messaging; use AI tools to speed and structure outreach.
• Role sits in Special Projects with potential to extend responsibilities beyond Talent.

About the Role

We’re looking for a new member to join our Special Projects Team to keep our Talent Partners supplied with a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Find the right people: research and identify strong candidates for our open roles

• Reach out at volume: run outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels

• Turn outreach into meetings: keep a high conversion rate from first message to qualified meeting

• Keep improving: test and refine your messaging, and use AI tools to make outreach faster and more structured

• This role is based within our broader Special Projects team, with the potential to extend responsibilites beyond Talent with high-performing candidates

This is a full-time role in our London office.
