Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working in a classroom environment and 1:1, preferably with pupils who have special educational needs including ASD, learning difficulties and/or behavioural difficulties.
• Patience, energy and enthusiasm to engage young people with significant complex needs in sports, the creative arts, outdoor pursuits and life skills activities.
• TAs work across the school with all our students however, there is the possibility this role may consist of 1:1 work

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering sports, creative arts, outdoor activities and life skills programs.
• Support pupils in 1:1 settings as required by learning plans.
