Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Halewood from September for a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis with ASD.

You will support academic, social and emotional development, assist with individual learning plans, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

Qualifications

• Experience as Teaching Assistant in primary education.
• Experience supporting pupils with ASD is a plus.
• Able to implement individual learning and behaviour plans.

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with ASD.
• Supporting the pupil's academic, social and emotional development.
• Assisting with the implementation of individual learning and behaviour strategies.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the pupil.
