Job summary

Cathelco, part of Evac Group, seeks a Sales Advisor in our Spares Department to quote accurately, negotiate orders, and maintain SAP/CRM records. You will respond to requests within 24 hours, monitor margins, and spot cross-sell opportunities to boost customer value.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for a wide range of products, ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.
• Convert quotes into orders through confident negotiation and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accuracy in SAP and CRM systems and assist with order processing as required.
• Respond to quotation requests promptly, with an average turnaround of 24 hours.
• Monitor performance metrics like hit rates and gross margins, striving for continuous improvement.
• Identify and seize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share leads, insights, and market trends.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, recommending actions to maintain our competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, delivering complete, accurate orders for smooth processing.
