Job summary

Evac Group's Cathelco division seeks a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM systems worldwide aboard vessels and facilities, ensuring operational performance and safety. You will travel internationally, provide outstanding technical support, diagnose issues quickly, and prepare clear service reports while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel internationally with short notice.
Valid passport and full driving licence.
Background in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering (Desirable).

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM products worldwide.
Provide excellent technical support and service to customers.
Diagnose issues quickly, resolving them effectively under tight timelines.
Prepare clear and accurate service reports.
Work onboard vessels while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Support the Service team in adopting new tools, software, and practices.
Carry out engineering analysis during installations and troubleshooting.
