You will handle quotations, procurement, and customer relations in a flexible work environment. Salary ranges from £43,000 to £48,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant technical and quality standards.
• Experience in a similar engineering or technical spares environment.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Great communication skills and ability to work well with customers.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries for aftermarket technical services.
• Researching and preparing accurate quotations for customer review.
• Processing customer purchase orders for the supply of spares.
• Maintaining and updating the enquiry and contract database.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Progressing enquiries and contracts to achieve targets.
• Ensuring spares meet quality, specification, and standard.
• Issuing quotations with correct commercial terms.
