Taylor Higson is recruiting a Spare Parts & Service Administrator for our Milton Keynes service operation. You will handle spare parts orders, manage stock levels, coordinate with field engineers, and ensure timely dispatch of parts to customers.

We're recruiting a Spare Parts & Service Administrator to join the UK service operation of a well-established international manufacturer of weighing, labelling and technical equipment.
This is a varied position sitting at the heart of the service department, supporting customers and field engineers while taking responsibility for spare parts orders, stock, service administration and job coordination.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in spare parts, engineering service, aftermarket support, parts administration or technical customer service who enjoys working in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Ideally, you’ll already have experience within a service, spare parts, engineering, or technical environment.
You could currently be working as a:
Spare Parts Administrator | Parts Coordinator | Service Administrator | Service Coordinator |
Aftermarket Administrator | Engineering Administrator | Service Support Coordinator
Experience within machinery, manufacturing, engineering, automotive, print equipment, packaging machinery, materials handling, or another technical service environment would be particularly relevant.
You’ll need to be organised, comfortable managing several priorities at once and confident dealing with both customers and engineers.
Experience using an ERP, stock or inventory management system would be advantageous, alongside good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
