Job summary

Taylor Higson is recruiting a Spare Parts & Service Administrator to join the UK service operation of a well-established international manufacturer of weighing, labelling and technical equipment, based in Milton Keynes. The role covers processing spare parts orders, stock control and coordinating with customers, engineers and suppliers. Monday–Friday, permanent employment with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts, engineering service, aftermarket support, parts administration or technical customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with customers, engineers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with ERP, stock or inventory systems is advantageous, plus strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts orders for field service engineers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor parts availability and stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Coordinate parts dispatch to customers and engineers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding parts, orders and service needs.
• Support scheduling and allocation of service jobs to engineers.
• Track jobs and keep service records and systems up to date.
• Process service reports, invoices and related documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical and sales teams.
• Help resolve issues around parts availability and service requirements.
