Job summary

Games Workshop seeks a proactive Export Sales Account Manager to grow our retailer and distributor network across Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. You will manage existing partners, plan weekly outbound calls, listen to partners, and tailor guidance to drive sales growth across international markets.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; additional languages are a plus. This full-time, onsite role is based at our UK HQ near Nottingham, with a comprehensive package

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for daily communication with partners.
• Experience in B2B export sales or account management is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing distribution partners and trade accounts across export markets.
• Plan weekly outbound calls to identify opportunities and grow partner sales.
• Listen, build trust, and tailor advice to help partners increase sales.
• Handle objections and align approach to each partner's needs.
• Support partners to expand Warhammer product presence in their markets.
