Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments within a luxury spa environment. You will deliver massages, facials and wellness therapies while ensuring personalised care and exceptional service.

The role offers a full-time schedule (32 or 40 hours per week) with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. Join a world-class team delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a premier Mayfair setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT or City & Guilds qualification.
• Experience in luxury spa or hotel spa.
• Excellent guest care and five-star service standards.
• Good English, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage therapies, facials, and body treatments to the highest standards.
• Personalise treatments based on guest needs and preferences.
• Create memorable wellness experiences for every guest.
• Recommend spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products confidently.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa.
• Build product and treatment knowledge to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes.
• Collaborate with the Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

The role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of traditional and innovative treatments designed to enhance wellbeing and create memorable guest experiences.

You will deliver massage therapies, specialist facials, and bespoke wellness treatments while ensuring every guest receives personalised care and exceptional service. Working within a luxury spa environment, you will help create an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing that exceeds expectations.

What you will do

• Deliver a range of massage therapies, facials, and body treatments to the highest standards
• Personalise treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences
• Create memorable and meaningful wellness experiences for every guest
• Recommend spa treatments, wellness programmes, and retail products confidently and professionally
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the spa
• Build strong product and treatment knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes
• Work collaboratively with the wider Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences

What we are looking for

• Recognised beauty therapy or massage qualification such as NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, VTCT, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Previous experience within a luxury spa, hotel spa, or premium wellness environment
• Excellent understanding of guest care and five star service standards
• Passion for wellbeing, spa therapies, and holistic treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and a guest focused mindset
• Good spoken and written English
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• Full time position based on either a 32 or 40 hour week depending on preference
• Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
