Job summary

Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Spa Treatment Manager to lead the spa therapist team and deliver 5-star treatments in a luxury setting. You will be responsible for training staff, conducting audits, and driving excellence across guest experiences.

Joining a group recognised for quality and wellbeing, you’ll help shape treatment menus, maintain stock, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding guest care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa.
• Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead our team of skilled therapists and ensure the delivery of exceptional, 5-star treatments in one of Glasgow’s most iconic luxury spas. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting treatment audits, managing treatment stock, and collaborating on treatment menu innovations. You’ll play a key part in creating a culture of excellence, well‑being, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every guest leaves feeling restored, valued, and cared for.
