Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group’s Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Spa Treatment Manager to lead our luxury spa team and uphold 5-star service standards.

You will train therapists, conduct audits, manage stock, and collaborate on menu innovations, creating an exceptional guest experience through leadership, wellness focus, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa.
• Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the spa therapist team
• Ensure treatments meet 5-star luxury standards through coaching and audits
• Deliver and coordinate in-house and external training
• Manage treatment product stock and supplier relationships
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and treatment availability
