Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa in Glasgow is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to own the daily spa operations and lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage a spa team, coordinate with external partners, and oversee pool plant operations, testing and compliance to ensure top standards across facilities.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation of the spa, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining high standards across the team and facilities.

You’ll lead and support a team of Receptionists, Spa Attendants and Night Cleaners, overseeing recruitment, training, performance and development. You’ll also manage the spa diary through Trybe, working closely with third‑party partners including Spa Breaks, SpaSeekers and itison to maximise bookings and deliver a seamless guest journey.

A key part of the role will be overseeing pool plant operations and pool testing, ensuring all checks, records and compliance requirements are consistently maintained.

This is a hands‑on operational role for someone who is organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering an outstanding spa experience.
