Job summary

Sopwell House seeks a Spa Therapist to join its luxury spa team in Hertfordshire. You will deliver high standards of treatments and customer care to all spa guests, ensuring thorough consultations and consistent homecare recommendations.

A genuine passion for wellbeing and five-star service is essential. In this role you will drive treatment and retail sales, manage stock in treatment rooms and maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant beauty or spa therapy qualifications
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally within a luxury spa environment
• A genuine passion for wellbeing and delivering five-star guest service
• Confidence achieving retail and treatment sales targets
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, caring manner
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional standard of treatments and customer care to all Spa guests
• Screen all clients via written and verbal consultation before treatments begin
• Ensure consistency of treatment delivery and homecare recommendations on each visit
• Drive treatment and retail sales, achieving targets set by the Spa Director
• Control stock within treatment rooms, ensuring products are presented to standard
• Maintain room standards to the highest safety and hygiene levels, reporting defects promptly
• Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times, in line with GDPR
• Actively contribute to your own development, attending training as required
