Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Christchurch, UK, is seeking a part-time Spa Therapist with a passion for exceptional service. NVQ Level 2/3 qualified preferred; Temple Spa training is an advantage.

You will perform treatments including massage, consult guests on needs, and help maximise revenue through diary management and selling of upgrades. Hours are on an as-required basis, with generous benefits and staff training opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Spa Therapy is required.
• Temple Spa training/experience is advantageous.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality spa treatments and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of treatments including massage.
• Consult each client to understand personal needs and tailor treatments.
• Deliver high-quality, memorable spa experiences to guests.
• Support line manager to maximise revenue via diary management and proactive selling of treatments.

Job description

We have a superb opportunity for a par time Spa Therapist with a passion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and Temple Spa training and experience would be a distinct advantage. As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you'll also be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling of high quality spa. Hours are on an as required basis.
