Job summary

Southampton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver consistent, exceptional service with weekend and evening shifts. You will contribute to memorable guest experiences through massage, consultation, and personalised care.

NVQ Level 2/3 is preferred, and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training would be advantageous. The role includes supporting diary management and proactive selling to optimise spa revenue.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified is preferred.
• TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of spa treatments including massage.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and tailor treatments.
• Support the manager to maximise revenue through diary management and proactive selling.

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Therapist with apassion to deliver consistent exceptional service who wishes to develop theircareer within a progressive company, this role will include weekend & evening shifts.

Ideally, you will be NVQ Level 2 & 3qualified and TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience would be a distinctadvantage.

As Spa Therapist you will be required to carry out a variety oftreatments including massage, you will be knowledgeable, friendly and committedto ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember. You'llconsult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committedto delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Spa Therapist you’llalso be supporting your manager to maximise revenue through careful diarymanagement and proactive selling.
