Harbour Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our luxury portfolio. You will perform basic maintenance across our hotels, including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing, while ensuring safety standards and clear communication with contractors and suppliers.

We value attention to detail and organisational skills, with prior leisure-industry exposure (spas/pools) considered a plus; benefits include progression opportunities and staff discounts across Harbour Hotels

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing.
• Keen eye for detail and effective communicator.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Organised and able to liaise with outsourced contractors and suppliers.
• Experience in leisure environments (spas/pools) desirable.

Responsibilities

The role…

We are currently recruiting for an excellent Maintenance Team Member to join the team. As Maintenance Team Member you will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Someone who is organised in their work and reacts quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will be required to liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience of working within a leisure environment including working with spas and swimming pools would be desirable.
