Job summary

Brighton Harbour Hotel is seeking a Spa Reception Supervisor to join our team. As Reception Supervisor you will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and a memorable stay at our luxury property.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a spa reception role, and preferably training in OPERA and Premier Core. Excellent written and spoken English is essential; full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa reception role.
• Experience with OPERA and Premier Core is preferred; full training will be provided.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage front desk operations in the spa.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries.
• Supervise spa reception team to ensure smooth operations.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a Spa reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA and Premier core although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
