Job summary

New Park Manor in the New Forest is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring relaxation and wellbeing. This permanent role is 32 hours per week, including some weekends, with an hourly rate of £13.76 plus generous service charge and excellent benefits.

You will welcome guests, perform treatments to brand standards, educate guests on treatments, promote products, and work closely with fellow spa team members to create a smooth, welcoming

Qualifications

• Spa UK qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO).
• Experience as a Spa Therapist in hotels or destination spas preferred.
• Elemis training is desirable but not required.

About Us: Welcome to New Park Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotel group, where luxury meets relaxation in the heart of the New Forest. Our beautiful spa is a haven for families seeking a serene escape. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate Spa Therapist to join our fabulous team!

The Role: As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being.

This role is for 32 hours per week, including some weekends, with an hourly rate of £13.76 plus generous service charge, commission on retail sales and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: You will ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in the LFH way, discuss all options available to them, and tailor offerings to their needs.
• Performing Treatments: You will perform treatments within the brand guidelines and provide a relaxing and comfortable experience for all guests. You will use your knowledge to make sure guests are fully educated on the treatment they will receive and offer appropriate adaptations at the guests request, ensuring a memorable spa experience.
• Promoting our products: You will promote and sell our treatments and large range of products available whilst ensuring that your recommendations are suitable to the guest
• Collaborating with other spa team members to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa
• Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage)
• Elemis training will be provided, but previous experience of Elemis is highly desirable.
• Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love to bring your knowledge and experience to the guests.
