Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is entering an exciting new chapter following its refurbishment. Join us as a Spa Therapist on a permanent contract, working either 24 or 40 hours per week over five days, including weekends, to help create memorable spa experiences for our guests.

You will deliver treatments, promote our range of products, and uphold the LFH service standards. The role pays £14.21 per hour plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination Spa or hotel Spa.
• Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments).
• Elemis training will be provided; previous Elemis experience is desirable.
• Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love sharing knowledge with guests.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: welcome guests, discuss options, and tailor offerings.
• Perform treatments within brand guidelines to ensure relaxation and education.
• Promote and sell treatments and product ranges to guests as appropriate.
• Collaborate with spa team for a harmonious, efficient environment.

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is entering an exciting new chapter following its refurbishment. Join us as a Spa Therapist and play your part in shaping the future of this much-loved Suffolk retreat.

The Role:

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being.

This a permanent role, at either 24 or 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £14.21 plus service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction: You will ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in the LFH way, discuss all options available to them, and tailor offerings to their needs.
• Performing Treatments: You will perform treatments within the brand guidelines and provide a relaxing and comfortable experience for all guests. You will use your knowledge to make sure guests are fully educated on the treatment they will receive and offer appropriate adaptations at the guests request, ensuring a memorable spa experience.
• Promoting our products: You will promote and sell our treatments and large range of products available whilst ensuring that your recommendations are suitable to the guest
• Collaborating with other spa team members to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa
• Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage)
• Elemis training will be provided, but previous experience of Elemis is highly desirable.
• Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love to bring your knowledge and experience to the guests.
