Job summary

The Lygon Arms spa at Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our close-knit team and work under a supportive Spa Manager who values wellbeing and development. This quality-focused role emphasizes guest experience and high standards over production metrics.

Deliver OSKIA-based treatments, tailor experiences to guests, and share knowledge with commissions on sales. Staff lodging, meals on duty, and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist.
• Warm, professional and naturally caring with guests.
• Passionate about treatments, wellbeing and great service.
• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, close environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of high-quality OSKIA-standard treatments.
• Creating a calm, caring and personalised guest experience.
• Understanding client needs and tailoring treatments accordingly.
• Sharing product knowledge with commission on sales.
• Supporting the smooth running of the spa as part of a small team.
• Occasionally assisting in reception or changing areas when needed.

Tucked away in a peaceful corner of The Lygon Arms, our spa is a small, calm and welcoming space where genuine hospitality and high-quality treatments come first.

We’re looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join our close-knit team, working alongside a highly supportive Spa Manager who is truly committed to the success and wellbeing of both the spa and her therapists.

The role:

• Delivering a range of high-quality treatments in line with OSKIA standards
• Creating a calm, caring and personalised experience for every guest
• Taking time to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
• Sharing product knowledge naturally and confidently, with commission on sales
• Supporting the smooth running of the spa as part of a small, friendly team
• Assisting occasionally in reception or changing areas when needed

This is a quality-focused role, not a production line. We care about how treatments feel, not just how many are booked.

About you:

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist
• Warm, professional and naturally caring with guests
• Passionate about treatments, wellbeing and great service
• A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, close environment

Experience with OSKIA is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
