Zusammenfassung

Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Administrator for the Single Point of Access in St Albans. You will manage enquiries by phone, fax or letter, assess referral urgency, and support clinicians according to established pathways.

The role includes a comprehensive training program on site, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £27,106–£28,850 per annum pro rata. Sponsorship is not offered, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs including English Language are required.
• Proficient with basic IT and word processing.
• Experience using MS Word/Excel is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for users and carers.
• Answer telephone calls and direct to clinicians.
• Identify urgent referrals and route to SPA clinician.
• Process inbound/outbound post and manage communications.
• Work to agreed pathways supporting clinical advisors.
