Job summary

Bupa in St Albans, Hertfordshire, is seeking an Administrator to join our Health Clinics team. The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays) based at the St Albans clinic. Salary £29,300 per annum plus benefits and a supportive working environment.

You will assist with reception and administration, manage customer enquiries, bookings, records and clinical files, and support ongoing healthcare services. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education or equivalent.
• Previous administration and customer service experience within a busy environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, coordinating appointments and maintaining records.
• Support reception and administrative functions of the clinic.
• Process payments, invoices and other administrative duties accurately.
• Prepare documentation, appointment packs and clinical files.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure timely delivery of reports and results.
