THE PIG in the Cotswolds, Barnsley, GL7 5EE is seeking a Spa Receptionist to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests, inform them about bookings, and ensure a welcoming first impression in a cosy spa setting.

As part of the Fieldhouse wellbeing space, you will also support Therapists by replenishing towels and stock, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and discretion for guests during treatments and relaxation time.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
• Maintain clean and tidy areas throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and inform about bookings.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Replenish towels, stock, and materials as required.
• Keep interior and exterior areas clean and well-presented.
• Respect guest privacy during treatments and relaxation time.
