Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is essential, and you will balance planned tasks with last‑minute requests, guiding your team with energy and a calm, proactive approach to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reception Manager or similar role is essential.
• Proven track record in leading front-office teams.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
