THE PIG-in the Cotswolds in Barnsley is seeking a warm, confident Reception Manager to lead our front desk team and set the tone for the guest experience. You will coordinate daily operations and ensure a consistently brilliant service across all touchpoints.

Experience as a Reception Manager or similar, with knowledge of Opera Fidelio, is essential. The role involves managing 45 hours per week over 5 days and delivering memorable stays at THE PIG.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is required.

Responsibilities

• Connecting departments, anticipating guest needs and sharing information at the right time.
• Maintain a complete picture of hotel operations and set the tone for the day ahead.
• Take ownership of front office operations, leading and developing the team to deliver a brilliant guest experience.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, room allocations, guest requests and behind-the-scenes administration to standards.
