Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage check-in/check-out for members and day visitors.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about services.
• Manage bookings for spa treatments, classes, and facilities.
• Process payments for services, memberships, and retail items.
• Maintain a tidy reception and lobby area.
• Coordinate with fitness, spa and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
• Support membership sales with information and tours.
