Soho House in the UK is seeking a Spa Receptionist who greets members and guests, manages check-ins, bookings, and enquiries with warmth and professionalism. You will support daily operations of the health club, coordinate with fitness, spa, and housekeeping teams, and help drive member satisfaction through attentive service.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years’ experience in busy venues, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist/front-of-house role in a health club, spa, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident with booking systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes for members and day visitors.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about services, classes, and facilities.
• Manage bookings for spa treatments, personal training, and group classes.
• Process payments for services, memberships, and retail products accurately.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and lobby area.
• Coordinate with fitness, spa, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support membership sales with information and tours for prospective members.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and data privacy at all times.
