As a Spa Team Member, you’ll deliver a calm and attentive service that sets the tone for a relaxing and memorable experience. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through their visit and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed. Whether you’re handling bookings, offering tailored recommendations, or supporting the wider spa team, your approach is always organised, reassuring, and personable.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week and you must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
