The Grand - York, part of Splendid Hospitality Group, is hiring a Housekeeping Team Member for Public Areas. You will maintain lobby, corridors and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming, spotless environment for guests throughout their stay.

This role offers flexible hours at £12.85 per hour, with training and opportunities to develop in a vibrant hospitality setting. You will work as part of a support-focused housekeeping team dedicated to high standards and guest satisfaction at our York property.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to adapt to flexible hours and assist across duties.

• Responding with warmth and efficiency to guest requests or queries, helping to make every visit smooth and enjoyable.
• Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
