Qualifications
- Previous experience in a spa or similar guest-facing role.
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
- Confident, friendly and guest-focused personality.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail for bookings and payments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage spa bookings and consultations.
- Provide products and treatment advice.
- Support Spa Therapists and process all transactions.
- Encourage repeat visits and contribute to retail sales.
