Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Spa Receptionist to join the team.

The 10th floor of the hotel is home to a spectacular one of a kind rooftop sanctuary that includes The Spa, Ten lounge and a fitness centre.

The state of the art spa features nine treatment rooms, each with floor to ceiling windows, bathed in natural light to enjoy the vista or darkened to provide solitude during treatments. The thermal suites offer separate facilities for ladies and men, including a vitality pool, steam room and sauna with a view – perfect for relaxing before your treatments. The location sets itself apart from anything else in the city with its unrivalled rooftop position and a panorama that is second to none over the breathtaking London skyline.

The role of the Spa Receptionist:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule.

What You Will Do:

  1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

  2. Manage reservations and efficiently schedule spa treatments, maximizing availability for guests.

  3. Be knowledgeable about all spa services, treatments, and products, confidently advising guests on their choices.

  4. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.

  6. Process payments and manage billing accurately.

  7. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in a luxury spa, hospitality, or clinical environment.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  4. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  6. Proficiency in using reservation systems or spa booking software is a plus.

  7. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  8. All candidates must possess the right to work in the UK.
