As a Junior Account Manager, you are the key player on the accounts assigned to you, maintaining regular client contact, and acting as an ambassador of QQFS. You will be accountable for the preparation and delivery of client bids and providing excellent client service.
The client will seek your advice, trust your judgment, and value your opinion. You will have enthusiasm for your client’s business, bringing your knowledge and expertise to QQFS work.
You should be competent in putting together bids for your clients, establishing feasibility, competitive pricing, ensuring timescales are met, and supporting the business. Demonstrating initiative and proactively developing your accounts is expected.
Beyond knowledge of the client’s business, capable of using this knowledge in discussions and briefings.
Productive Client Relationships: Foresee and prevent potential problems, manage client expectations, and work with the fieldwork team for optimal outcomes.
Business Development: Focus on prospecting and acquiring new accounts.
Presentation and Communication Skills: Confident in client presentations, project reviews, and participating in calls.
