Job Title: Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you are the key player on the accounts assigned to you, maintaining regular client contact, and acting as an ambassador of QQFS. You will be accountable for the preparation and delivery of client bids and providing excellent client service.

The client will seek your advice, trust your judgment, and value your opinion. You will have enthusiasm for your client’s business, bringing your knowledge and expertise to QQFS work.

You should be competent in putting together bids for your clients, establishing feasibility, competitive pricing, ensuring timescales are met, and supporting the business. Demonstrating initiative and proactively developing your accounts is expected.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with your assigned accounts, and grow each account as per objectives.
  • Responsibility for the bids allocated to you: respond promptly and log properly in the MR system.
  • Understand and follow the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, and seek advice from the fieldwork team for market specifics to provide accurate bids.
  • Follow up on bids, record outcomes, and discuss strategy changes with the Managing Director if needed.
  • Prepare and review client contracts based on templates and client commissioning documents.
  • Ensure excellent project delivery by guiding the fieldwork team, briefing on project specifics, and supporting in escalations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals.
  • Review current processes and suggest improvements to the Managing Director.
  • Actively network within existing and new client contacts for new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Beyond knowledge of the client’s business, capable of using this knowledge in discussions and briefings.

Productive Client Relationships: Foresee and prevent potential problems, manage client expectations, and work with the fieldwork team for optimal outcomes.

Business Development: Focus on prospecting and acquiring new accounts.

Presentation and Communication Skills: Confident in client presentations, project reviews, and participating in calls.

Teamwork: Coordinate effectively across departments, providing accurate briefings and support.

Financial Responsibility: Sell projects based on feasibility, pricing, and discount plans, seeking approval for cost reductions.

Creative Thinking: Find innovative, relevant solutions beyond the obvious.

Personal Qualities: Demonstrate enthusiasm, pride, eagerness to learn, and exceed expectations.
