Key Responsibilities

• Greet all spa guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage appointment bookings, spa software, and client profiles with accuracy and efficiency

• Coordinate smoothly with spa therapists and hotel departments

• Handle payments, vouchers, and guest queries

• Maintain a serene, well-presented reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa receptionist role is essential

• Shift of early mornings, evening, weekends and holidays are required

• Confident using spa software (e.g., Premier Spa)

• Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills

• Immaculate personal presentation and a calm, welcoming demeanour
